Como mentores, facilitadores de talleres, revisores de pr\u00e9stamos y mucho m\u00e1s, los voluntarios compartieron su experiencia y pasi\u00f3n para ayudar a los emprendedores a activar su potencial en cada etapa del viaje. 2021 fue un a\u00f1o de crecimiento significativo para RMMFI, y los voluntarios desempe\u00f1aron un papel crucial a medida que ampli\u00e1bamos nuestros programas y d\u00f3nde los ofrec\u00edamos. Los voluntarios asumieron nuevas funciones de mentores y facilitadores en el Acelerador Empresarial Thrive, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 invertir m\u00e1s en el apoyo a los emprendedores tras su lanzamiento. Los entrenadores y mentores voluntarios tambi\u00e9n hicieron posible que la RMMFI llevara el Laboratorio de Ideas Empresariales y el Campamento de Lanzamiento de Empresas a nuestras primeras sedes rurales y de habla hispana. Aunque 3.700 horas son ciertamente algo que celebrar, el impacto total que crean los voluntarios de RMMFI se refleja mejor en las palabras de los empresarios con los que han trabajado: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abMi equipo de mujeres incre\u00edbles, empoderadoras y agudas me impidi\u00f3 ponerme a m\u00ed misma y a mi concepto de negocio en una caja que creo que me habr\u00eda frenado el \u00e9xito y la realizaci\u00f3n que ahora siento muy a mi alcance\u00bb. \u00abMis mentoras crearon un entorno seguro en el que pude reflexionar sobre las cosas que aprend\u00ed en clase\u00bb. \u00abMi mentor fue capaz de ver el panorama general de lo que estaba haciendo y siempre me dio valiosas orientaciones y consejos\u00bb. \u00abTodos mis mentores ten\u00edan un gran sentido del humor y muchos conocimientos y puntos de vista que me han ayudado a sentar las bases para continuar mi viaje empresarial\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Gracias a todos los que ofrecen voluntariamente su tiempo y su talento para ayudar a los empresarios a hacer grandes cosas por s\u00ed mismos, por sus empresas y por sus comunidades.
