From our origins in Denver, RMMFI has grown over the past 16 years to support entrepreneurs across Colorado. Now, in partnership with B:Side Fund, we are excited to cross state lines for the first time and begin supporting entrepreneurs in New Mexico!

B:Side Fund invited RMMFI to partner in bringing a capital-meets-capacity approach to supporting underserved and low-income entrepreneurs in rural New Mexico as part of a USDA grant. RMMFI will deliver our proven educational programming, and B:Side Fund will provide inclusive access to capital.

B:Side Fund (formerly Colorado Lending Source) is a longtime partner and a trusted mission-based lender in our community. With their commitment to increasing accessibility and transparency in small business lending, we are proud to be working with them to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural New Mexico.

Our rural New Mexico programming will kick off with two Business Idea Labs this fall, followed by a Business Launch Boot Camp in early 2025. If you live in New Mexico, click here to sign up as an entrepreneur or here to sign up as a volunteer.

Thank you to B:Side Fund for the opportunity to grow our impact together. We look forward to deepening our partnership as we work to create equitable pathways to wealth generation across rural New Mexico.
