RMMFI is moving forward with hiring a permanent CEO for the organization, and applications for the role are now being accepted. Our Board of Directors is leading the search with the support of an outside HR firm, and RMMFI team members have been consulted regarding what they see as key attributes for the organization’s next leader. As we promised back in February, we are committed to an open, equitable, and inclusive hiring process, and our goal is still to have someone named by the end of September.

We’re excited about this next phase for RMMFI as we continue to expand our reach and impact across Colorado. You can view the CEO job description here; as always, we encourage community members to apply and share with your networks.

We’ll continue to share updates about the search process in the coming weeks, as well as other exciting news as RMMFI continues to innovate and grow alongside the entrepreneurs we support.
