It’s Volunteer Appreciation Month, and we’re excited to celebrate our amazing volunteers. Meet one of our incredible Spanish Language volunteers…
Daniela Cesconetto is a trilingual IT professional and an outstanding RMMFI volunteer. In her own business, she provides flexible IT support and training, curates instructional resources, and develops content on various IT topics in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Daniela has volunteered with RMMFI to help Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs as an Idea Navigator, Business Idea Lab Coach, Accountability Coach, Thrive Mentor, and Workshop Provider. Her contributions have been invaluable to the RMMFI community.
Originally from Brazil, she spent time in Mexico, where she added English and Spanish to her language skills. Daniela has had a diverse professional background as an experienced and versatile entrepreneur, ranging from teaching and mentoring to sales, tech support, and project management. She also firmly believes in lifelong learning and personal growth, which she pursues through martial arts, reading, hiking, and yoga.
“It brings me incredible joy to work with our entrepreneurs! Helping an idea develop into a viable business is like contributing to the beginning of a new life. It’s very exciting!” Daniela says about volunteering with RMMFI.
Passionate About An Inclusive Colorado Economy
Her passion for an inclusive economy runs deep: “I think the greatest innovations happen when people from different backgrounds come together to solve a common problem. It would be a tremendous loss to all of us if we didn’t give a voice to those with different circumstances, abilities, and experiences. An inclusive economy is not only the right thing to do but also the smart thing for our society’s long-term success and prosperity.”
Daniela’s Volunteer Impact at RMMFI
Daniela has had many great experiences with RMMFI, but one of her most memorable ones was being chosen as the speaker for a “Technology in Business” workshop for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs. “I strongly believe that access to information and education are key factors in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within communities. Contributing to this cause has been my favorite part of the experience so far!”
We’re grateful for the time and energy Daniela has invested in our entrepreneurs. Her skills, experience, and encouragement have tremendously impacted our community and provided immense support to our Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs.
