As part of our commitment to building an inclusive community at RMMFI, all volunteers are required to complete the Volunteer Equity Training within six months of starting to volunteer. This training provides a new or refreshed understanding of DEIA concepts, personal bias, and microagressions, as well as tips and tools for working with and celebrating individuals with different backgrounds and lived experiences.
